THE METHOD, FOR MOTOR CITY

Every figure in these files is a completed property transfer registered with the Dubai Land Department. None of it is an asking price, a listing, an estimate or a forecast.

The register was read to the register read to 2026-09-04. That date is stated on every file in this pack and on the pages the Desk publishes from the same read.

WHICH REGISTRATIONS SET A PRICE
A registration is priced only where the register describes a home: a flat, a villa, a townhouse or a plot, in residential use where the register can tell, of at least 20 square metres and no more than 10,000 square metres. A price is used only where it is at least AED 100,000, and where it is not below a quarter of what comparable homes of the same kind fetched in the same place in the same year on both counts, for each square metre and for the sale as a whole. Everything left out is still counted as a registration.

In this district the register holds 6,092 registrations and 6,086 of them set a price. Every one of the rest is still in the table, marked with the reason it sets none.

WHAT IS NOT IN THESE FILES
No unit number, no plot number, no floor and no name of any party to a transaction. The Desk does not publish them and does not license them.

HOW A FIGURE IS CHECKED
The register file this table was built from is named in MANIFEST.json with its own sha256, and the same file is what the Desk's own pages are computed from. A figure in these files and the same figure on the page come from one object.
