Demonstration study 1.0.0

Constructed demonstration documentation · 21 October 2026

Four constructed participant codes, eight completed trials and one excluded scripted rehearsal. Start with README.txt. The actual app is not included. Open the evidence folder for authoritative JSON and the original dictionary.

Data companions / Constructed demonstration

Read the numbers behind the graphs.

These native text tables reproduce the demonstration analysis without relying on colour or screenshots. A, B and C retain the source works below. Use the ZIP’s six graph CSVs for unrounded values.

All values are constructed. Percentages use active time, including unassigned time, as denominator. Differences are percentage points (pp). Display values round to two decimals. Tables scroll horizontally on narrow screens; focus a table to scroll with the keyboard.

Transition network and selected time — DEMO-P001, clear glass

This is the session shown in the transition-network screenshot: A is selected for 24,000 ms, with four visits and three transitions from A to B. Edges count consecutive selections of different works. They describe recorded selections, not gaze paths or artistic influence. Same-work transitions are inapplicable and omitted.

Linked condition comparison — DEMO-P001

The same illustrative participant has one clear-glass and one magnifying-glass trial. Difference = magnifying minus clear. These descriptive differences do not establish a causal effect.

Participant comparison — four constructed pairs

Eight completed trials enter this summary. The excluded rehearsal does not. Average repeated trials within each participant and condition first, then give each participant equal weight; here each has one trial per condition. Paired n counts people, not pointer events. The following table shows means, followed by all 24 participant–condition–work values.

Region measurements — cypress polygon

The frozen DOCS-CYPRESS-REGION polygon belongs to work A. Boundary points count as inside. Pointer-centre dwell integrates retained intervals; returns = max(0, entries − 1). Clear-glass lens dwell can be recorded while magnified dwell is zero. These measures do not describe the lens footprint or eye position. Vertices and revision are in the download.

The conceptual research-flow diagram and validation roadmap describe procedure and work status; they contain no numeric results. Their stages and qualifications are also written as selectable text on this page. Evidence annotations and accounts remain readable in the retained JSON, rather than being turned into numerical scores.
