Entrepreneur and reality star Khloé Kardashian and NBA player Tristan Thompson are expecting another baby.
A representative for Khloé has confirmed to People that the exes who already share 4-year-old daughter True, are having their second child via surrogate:
“Khloé is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing. We’d like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloé can focus on her family.”

Khloé has been open about wanting a sibling for True during her time on Keeping Up With the Kardashians. In an episode which aired in 2020, she discussed the idea with Tristan, while they were separated:
“I might get some embryos and get a sibling. I might need to borrow some sperm or get some from you, but we’ll figure that out later.”
Khloé and Tristan have been on-and-off since 2018. They officially ended their relationship in January this year after it was revealed that Tristan had welcomed a child with personal trainer Maralee Nichols.
No details have been revealed about when their baby is due.
